We didn't have time, so we also wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. The location was excellent, outside in the garden area.

The views were fine, but getting there was a bit tricky on narrow roads.

The Beautiful Twin Room offered spacious surroundings with lovely views of the countryside. The eco-friendly design features like electric car charging stations added a unique touch.
Accessing the hotel involves a narrow, winding road that isn't suited for the faint of heart. During breakfast, there were issues with warmers being insufficient, causing delays . Some rooms showed signs of wear, and one had leaking issues that affected shower access.

a lovely stay but some areas could improve
The setting is enchanting, with beautifully restored barns that add charm. The warm welcome with cream tea upon arrival, and the staff was so nice with their friendliness. I particularly appreciated having fresh milk from the farm replenished daily for our tea. The views of the picturesque garden complemented the serene atmosphere perfectly.
While the overall experience was good, the steep access steps could pose safety concerns for some guests.

Not exactly what I expected
The room amenities was pretty good, with flannels and a selection of refreshments! Plus, the no noise around offered a perfect escape.
Unfortunately, the steep access steps posed safety concerns and the limited on-site dining made planning meals a bit tricky.

The attentive staff contributed positively to my experience, everything went smoothly. The breakfast service could be improved, as there were times when the warmers needed to be refilled quickly, causing delays for other guests. The presence of some cobwebs indicated that cleaning could be more thorough.

A fine romantic escape!
We spent two magical nights here, soaking in the tranquility and charm. Our room had beautiful finishes, with a good roll-top bath that added a touch of luxury to our stay. Breakfast was a tasty highlight, especially the made-to-order items. One area for improvement could be the breakfast service organization, as we experienced a few delays with dish refills.
